Team Berger’s Justin Skaret Wins at Southwest Nationals

Congratulations to Team Berger’s Justin Skaret winning the Sling Division of the 2023 Southwest Nationals. Skaret scored an impressive grand aggregate of 1233-50X to take the top place finish. Fellow Berger teammate, Amanda Elsenboss finished in third. Berger’s Dustin Flint Wins Louisiana Highpower Silhouette Championship

Team Berger’s Dustin Flint scored a 93 X 120 at the 2022 Louisiana Highpower Silhouette Championship to secure the championship title for the second consecutive year! Taking place on October 15th and 16th at the “Bucky” Murdock Farm in Zwolle, Louisiana the two-day match featured two 40-shot relays on Saturday and one 40-shot relay on Sunday. Improved 375 caliber 407 Grain ELR Match Solid Bullets

We are happy to announce our new and enhanced 375 Caliber 407 Grain Extreme Long Range Match Solid bullets. We have taken our already record-breaking bullet design and improved upon it by lengthening the major diameter 0.125" while shortening the minor diameter by approximately the same amount. After extensive live-fire performance testing in controlled environments, including testing done by Extreme Long Range (ELR) competitors and elite military operators, we determined that this new design will grant our ELR shooters numerous loading benefits while the bullet retains the same performance capabilities in flight and on target. Team Berger’s John Mullins Wins AZ State Silhouette Championship

Congratulations to Team Berger's very own John Mullins for taking the win this year at the 2022 Arizona State Lever Action Rifle (LAR) Silhouette Championships! John won the Rifle Cartridge LAR with a score of 74/80, the Pistol Cartridge LAR 69/80, and the Smallbore Cowboy Rifle categories 76/80, giving Mullins the overall 3-Gun Aggregate win. Berger seeks Production Engineer

Berger is growing rapidly and continues to expand its production capacity! The next milestone is adding a new Production Engineer to Berger’s Greater Phoenix (Mesa) Arizona location. Berger’s Production Engineer would perform production engineering projects, interface with ballistics engineering regarding production needs, as well as perform research and testing activities exhibiting a level of expertise. The Production Engineer plans and implements engineering activities in support of the organization’s objectives. Emil Praslick Holding Wind Reading Class at Precision Rifle Expo

Berger's very own Wind Wizard, Emil Praslick, will be teaching a wind reading class this weekend (Oct 30-31, 2021) at the Precision Rifle Expo out in Blakely, GA. Emil is world renown not only for his expert wind reading capabilities, but his capability to help teach others the skills that he has mastered. While in the United States Army Marksmanship Unit, he was the Head Coach and developed training strategies for both tactical and competitive shooting. The Legacy of Walt Berger

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Walter Berger. Walt died peacefully, surrounded by friends and family on Sunday afternoon, 19 September 2021. Walt was a man of integrity who held himself to the highest standards and imbued the company that bore his name – Berger Bullets & Ammunition - with these same values. Walt’s edict: “If a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right.” Walt began making bullets in 1954 because then the bullets in the marketplace did not meet his exacting standards for precision and excellence.
