“The winds were incredibly difficult on day one reaching 35 MPH. I won by an 11-point margin over 2nd place and was able to hit approximately 90% of all my shots,” commented Buschman. “The Berger 6mm 120 Grain LRHT performed exceptionally well in the high winds.”

Berger’s new 6mm 120 Grain Long Range Hybrid Target™ (LRHT) bullet is redefining long-range performance by offering precision rifle enthusiasts the heaviest-in-class projectile and exceptional exterior ballistics for a .243 caliber bullet. Popular cartridges such as 6mm Creedmoor, 6mm Dasher, 6mm GT, and 6×47 Lapua paired with the 120 Grain LRHT, deliver outstanding capability to 1,000 yards and beyond. Designed for competitors in F-Class, Precision Rifle, and long-range Benchrest disciplines, the bullet features Berger’s renowned hybrid ogive profile for easy loading and jump tolerance, along with an industry-leading 0.328 G7 Ballistic Coefficient (BC), unprecedented for 6mm.

In addition, all Long Range Hybrid Target bullets incorporate Berger’s Meplat Reduction Technology (MRT) and are Doppler radar verified with less than 1% BC variation, resulting in higher hit percentages and less vertical dispersion at extended distances.
