The highly anticipated 32nd annual championship was hosted by the Pe Ell Sportsmen’s Club. The NRA registered championship had competitors from both Canada and the United States, shooting (2) 40-shot smallbore matches on Saturday and Sunday. Both days started with the Standard Rifle discipline and concluded with Hunter Rifle in the afternoon.
Mullins, who scored a 150/160, commented, “The Conard Bernhardt Cup was its usual 40 degrees and raining, yet my Lapua rimfire ammunition was very consistent in the conditions helping me win a second cup.”
Mullins competes with Lapua Midas+ .22LR ammunition, which is matched to his firearms at Lapua’s Rimfire Performance Center. Unique lots of ammunition are tested at 50 and 100 meters simultaneously, identifying the best-performing ammunition for purchase. This service is available to all shooters who wish to gain a competitive advantage. Schedule your testing at either of Lapua’s Rimfire Performance Centers located in Mesa, AZ, or Marengo, OH.
